Missing Foundry costume list

Just curious, why are all the "2409/2410" costumes - aside from separate ships - not in the Foundry costume editor yet? I really hope it's not that players aren't allowed to use [in-setting] current uniforms and starship designs. Because that would suck. A lot. So I've compiled a list of missing costumes plus what factions and starship types they apply to.
