Hromi Cluster in Sector Space makes a weird sound

This has been on my mind since 2013, concerning not the location of the Hromi Cluster, the proximity to enter it, or the exit point, but the odd sound it makes when one's camera gets close to it.

It sounds like a weird harmonic choir with a few bass instruments playing from it, constantly. What is that?

    It's not just Hromi. This sound also appears in the Iota Pavonis sector block in the middle of nowhere (not near any systems or sector borders) and a few other sectors I think. It's weird and eerie but kinda cool.
