stupid pills(setting Sensor Analysis as toggleable)(Protected by the First Amendment)

I am NOT deleting anything from the original post, however I wanted to say, if you are just joining us, the idiocy is actually my own, but not because I am an idiot, rather because I have had a completely stressful couple of weeks and this topic was actually the breaking point where it was too much, and as such I apologize for any rules broken on behalf of everyone who posted in this thread

I will reiterate, this post is protected under the First Amendment as the server is on US soil, I will ignore the censoring of cuss words however because there ARE children that play this game
I want to know what sort of ****ed up--no other way to describe it--drugs your development team were on when they thought up that TRIBBLE? Because they REALLY need to freaking share. Oh sure now we can target our friends and increase the healing, but that is ONE, count it, ONE benefit out of 3 drawbacks two of which could have been fixed in the first place.
here are the drawbacks
one; if you have it toggled you automatically enter combat even if it targets an ally
two; once your target is destroyed, or you switch targets it toggles off(seriously? if I wanted this bull I would have played a TAC and used Fire on my mark!)
and three; its TOGGLEABLE! WHICH IT NEVER SHOULD HAVE BEEN!!
OK I admit I can live with the third drawback, but seriously? Why not set it up so you can toggle it on and it stays on until you shut it off, or even until you change maps? Also if you target an ally and toggle it DON'T LET IT PUT YOU INTO RED ALERT! I mean seriously, it's the same thought process.
OK Seriously, I can live with the kit revamp, I can get over the STEALING--don't you ****ING say it wasn't cause it was!--of our rep skills, but this? This was a NEEDLESS change. One that does NOTHING except make things easier for PVPers
Oh and btw if I find out this was because of some ****ers who PVP's I will be pissed, this is NOT what I signed up for, Sorry PVPers, I don't give a **** whether or not you like what us PVEer use, your part of the game is OPTIONAL and should NEVER have such a big part of the ******ned decisions in what happen to the game

Actually the Supreme court ruled that your rights DO NOT stop at the door, or in this case the sign in, of a company. I also never said there wouldn't be consequences, but I am still well within my God Given right to voice my opinion, and any form of censorship(cuss words notwithstanding) is untolerable.

Cryptic's servers are protected speech. They own the servers, not the government. They can pick and choose what speech goes on the servers they own and pay upkeep on, even if it's from other people who aren't them. And they can choose to censor their own speech to their heart's desire.
And it's protected by the very 1st Amendment you seem to have weird ideas about.
You aren't being arrested by the government for what you're saying on someone's privately-owned server. Your rights are not only not in jeopardy, but they have absolutely nothing to do with anything your OP is about.
Also the chance this thread will get locked is still there regardless of spouting the law. You can't cram a post with bad language, insults and trolling material and expect to hide behind amendments. That is not how it works.
If the OP insists on taking pills, I would suggest either a chill pill or a happy pill next time.

lol no I won't, and even if I, as you say, don't know how the First Amendment works, that does not mean that my opinion on CENSORSHIP changes any, you can not learn the facts if you censor someone's opinion because it does not mesh with yours.
And Actually I do very well know how the First Amendment of the US Constitution works:
"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances." - 1st Amendment, Bill of Rights/US Constitution, 1789
means that Congress can NOT make any law in any form that SUPPORTS OR DISPARAGES the practice of any faith, or hinders the freedom of speech. Nor can Congress make any law that hindering the right of the people to peacefully assemble or petition the government for the redress of grievances.

first off, how am I not comprehending the First Amendment? I mean sure I may have been pissy and made an idiot comment with the OP, but as they say with anger, intelligence it the first to go.
