Split beam pistol

Is there a way to get a split beam pistol outside of the tutorial? I’ve looked for them but have not seen any so far.

    At the command center the ground weapons sellers sell them in the plasma category

    Try the Dil store, or from the Romulan Rep. They both have a different selection.

    Dil store and normal store. The normal store only sell white weapon.
