What Happened to the Diplomat Uniform?

I was working on making a new outfit for one of my alts and wanted to do a dress uniform out of the Diplomat costume like in Star Trek: Insurrection. However, the option is not even on the list for her. Yet my main alt has it.

Did I miss an announcement that they aren't carrying that outfit anymore or is it something else? As far as I can remember, it was a free option.

    Diplomat option is a gift for acquiring tier 4 diplomacy via doffing. It's on a 'per character' unlock, so you have to get your alt's diplomacy up to use the costume. Sorry about that.

    Are you talking about the white dress uniform? That's a reward for getting the highest tier (four I think it is) in the diplomacy category.

    I am talking about the white one. Okay, so it's unlocked at Tier 4 on the Diplomatic doff assignments. It's been a while since I got to that point on my main alt; I must have forgotten about that. My mistake.
