Plasma Mk XII Acc X 3 vs. Romulan Plasma Mk XII Acc X 2

Does the dmg resist debuff stacks more than once? Assuming all weapons are beam arrays using FAW, is the Acc X 3 Mk XII purple better or the Romulan Plasma Acc X 2 Mk XII purple better?

    i was faced with this choice soon after LOR, i chose plasma acc3, because they were chump change as far as EC was concerned, and rom plasma wile cool, is plasma weapons that cost a ton of dil, felt pretty crazy, elite shields hadn't quite become completely mainstream then

    Pure weapons offer more innate damage then hybrid...some sort of hybrid tax shenangins that apparently warrants slight lower damage.

    No. The disruptor proc does not stack.

    The extra acc would do you much better tbh.
