Half the mines in the Undine Reputation store are broken

Half the mines have either ACC or DMG both have zero effect on mines. A bit like the fleet store that has both broken and missing mines for over 1 year now.
As far as I am aware Mines do not factor in accuracy as they are auto hit AoE weapons. DMG hasnt worked on mines in years. It should but there is no damage change from it. Fleet mines have the same problem.
