Torp damage with Counter Command Ordanance

So I have my sci toon with the 2 pcs. Adapted MACO set that adds 25% torp damage plus the 2 pcs. Counter Command Ordnance set... she runs Disruptors and also has the 2 pcs. Silent Enemy set on her tac Vesta.
I am not sure if I'm noticing damage enhancements on the Elachi torp. I was in space and removing consoles and weapons to see if there is a power drop on the torp damage but don't see it.
