Romulan tier 2 rep

I've just got tier 2 in the romulan rep. The mission says to go to the mmisty mountains and check the shuttlecraft readout, but havign gone there and scoured the area, coiuldnt find it. It doesnt show on the map nor upfate when you do get theere. Can anyone help with where I'm meant to go to complete this mission?

    There's a mission you need to pick up first. It should be nearby in that area. A Romulan standing near a tent-looking thing should give it to you. That will give you the mission just up the path that you cannot normally go up to do the mission, and you can go from there.

    The Tier 3 mission has you go in a cave with a bunch of Tholians and the Tier 5 mission has you go into a ruin where you need to equip your away team with EV suits. The cutscene missions are all at the end of these missions. Tier 4 opens up the ruin mission, but the cutscene only become available at Tier 5 so you can ignore doing that mission until you get to Tier 5. Also, the reward for doing the Tier 5 mission is impressive with the amount of raw dilithium and Romulan Marks it gives.

    Thanks. I spoke to a ROM by the transporter but he only had the standard area mission. Must have been the wrong ROM I spoke to.
