is the advanced hakkana warbird al still glitched ( the healing ship) or is that fixed since federation galaxy separation doesn't seem like it has that problem.
Also is it worth spending 2,500 Zen based on features/accessories. Also is there a hakkana war bird fleet ship that the separation console works on. I really want a separation console but are those consoles worth it.

the haakona seperation console works on any Ha'apax variant too. So it works on the ha'apax, mirror, ha'apax, and fleet ha'apax. The bug was fixed a long while ago.
The fleet haakona is the fleet ha'apax. you'll just need to buy the 2500 zen one to get the separation console for the fleet one.

I've actually just lately hopped back into my haakona (after, admitedly, getting bored of the scimitar's firepower). I wasn't aware the console's cooldown had been reduced to 3 mins so that was a very pleasent surprise. Good fun flying it as seige curiser that can alternate to a nimble bomber on a whim.
But it's worth getting the fleet ha'pax though (which is what I'm currently trying to do, just can't find anyone willing to help).
Edit:
The pet AI is generally fine, though it could do with carrier commands since, especially on Khit, they tend to try and wander off to the other side and get stuck in the middle doing nothing (flies beyond 10km, goes into semi-recall, and flies back again repeatedly).

My issue with the Haakona is that it doesn't reduce the Fleet Ship module cost of its components. I own it, but because there's no way to make a fleet ha'feh cost 1 module, I will never own a fleet ha'feh. Which is totally okay, but kind of makes me sad for some reason.

Whether its worth the money is a personal choice. What do you want the ship to do? It is not a top dps ship; even with 8 weapons and separated into the escort, it is still a 3 tac console escort. If you slot the obvious tac ltcmdr, you might make a half decent dual beam bank escort --- its durable due to your pet (heals you somewhat) and the cmdr engineer (a2b looking really tempting for this bird) with room for HE & science team or something. So it might give a durable escort at the cost to dps. In haanom mode, its a weird light "cruiser" of some flavor. Fully assembled, its a medium "cruiser" and could be fairly tanky or make a decent beam array faw spammer, or even a half decent support ship.
The fleet haapax gains an engineering console -- if you want 5 of those.
You give up a console to be able to separate. This is kinda gimmicky but as I said, you can make a fairly durable escort of it. The trouble is that its an 8 (or 9 with fleet) console escort due to the now (after splitting once) useless separation console.
Thanks for that, looks like it could be a very effective loadout.
I only just picked mine up today and have started using all beam weapons on it.
It seemed a bit too slow to turn to use cannons that effectively on it when in attack mode.

Thing is, as far as missions like STF's are concerned, the turn-rate isn't really an issue for cannon-based 'big' ships so long as you know where you should be positioned. If you want to add a bit more oomph to the turn rate, I'd swap out a flow cap for the tachyokinetic console (or a RCS on a engineer slot, & swap some consoles about). Though I personally found the turn rate boost from the guardian mode (attack) to be enough.
Anyhoos, the build is mainly a plasma torp spam for it's DPS - the cannons & turrets are really just to help proc the shield heal (and a bit of damange & visual pleasentness, lol).

Figures, as its fleet ship is the Hapax, which gets the discount
