I was poking at the breen raider as a beamscort toy and was curious for some opinions on it

    Not too shabby,

    What doffs are you running?
    Aux2bat would give you double tact team, gw. He, tb.
    I'd recommend switching the tb for st or perhaps tbr.
    A Plasmonic leech would do you good.
    Aux2bat would also free up that ensign universal.

    I'm not suggesting aux2bat because I feel it's OP but because your build will greatly benefit to it.

    I'd almost suggest 2p borg plus the fleet res shield for more survival.

    I've played with A2B for myself but with the person this intended for it's out of the question
    Plasmonic leech is nice but also 30mil plus on the exchange these days, perhaps down the road if power is a problem for him
    ST is a good thought now that teams don't conflict, TBR isn't a bad idea either with the partgen skill bonuses from the equipment
