Nadeon detonator drops out of action tray

The nadeon detonator universal console drops out of the personal action tray if you switch instance.
I did put it on a long range sci retrofit.
Its easy to bring back but i dont think it is supposed to do this

    Make sure to save the tray. Otherwise, it is a known bug that has affected quite a few people.

    This isn't limited to just the Nadeon Detonator.

    LOCK the tray and SAVE the loadout.

    Shouldn't give you any more problems.
