I am tactical. Newly lvl50 and looking to pvp. On friday i am droping a good amount of money to buy and outfit a new ship. I want to clear some things up
First, my kdf has no fleet and i want a fleet mogh. Are there any 4 or 5 lvl fleets looking to let me join?I plan donate LARGE AMOUNTS of dil.
What are the best boffs? I have nausicaans and i am looking to max dmg.
