Romulans - replaying allied faction missions

So yesterday i've found me a guy(girl) which would replay some KDF missions with my KDF alligned Romulan toon.

Why? Cause of the story and the accolades.

As i remember, Cryptic devs told us this would be possible. We could team up with our allied faction, and play through the missions. Not the tutorial ones, but the others.

This is what happened.


List of KDF missions

The Empire and Warzone arc's - unable to team up and share. At all!

Fek'Ihri Return arc - teamed up, unable to share, BUT, some missions were playable together.
sadly, no rewards, no completion or copletion accolades, no boss kill accolades:

- Mythological Defeat Molor
- Disenchanted Defeat the Fek'Ihri Horde

Only Fek'Ihri kill accolades (doable also by playing foundry missions)

One mission also left me on Q'onos while my partner changed the map. (Afterlife)

The next mission with some accolades was Alpha. Here, i was able to get all available accolades.

Question:

Is this a bug? Why is it impossible for a KDF alligned Romulan to replay at least the Fek'Ihri mission arc (which is a very nice arc, fun to play and i really wanted the Sword of Kahless as reward)

will this ever be corrected or is it working as intended?

Anybody having other experiences?

    Fed side you can sort of earn accolades. Like rescuing the Azure. But you can't actually do the points to succeed. A fed character has to do the sci/tac/eng functions for you to get the accolades.

    yep, i understand you cannot really replay the missions (too bad), but on the KDF side there are accolades which would be nice to have which do not need a mission completion and are still not functioning.

    im asking myself if there possibly is some kind of a list which are functioning and which not?

    On the FED side you can earn most accolades.
    I have several FED-only trophies.

    I fly an Intrepid Refit so I wanted some trophies. I'm sick of Warbirds and their very bad interiors. Plus my character is fully pro federation and even wears a Combadge.

    The whole fraction thing screwed up Romulan teaming. Romulans should be able to team with other Romulans regardless of who there aligned with. In addition if they are aligned with KDF or FED they should be able to team up and get those accolades and missions when grouped with a KDF/FED player.

    Honestly there is a lot of fail in the half thing, going on. If Roms are a faction then they should always be able to work with other Roms. If they belong to the faction they aligned with then they should be able to get the rewards from that faction. (Not just grab and strip the faction ships for consoles.)

    now, as the war has ended, i would open all (but tutorial) missions for cross faction teaming (for all factons, so a fed could play the KDF missions through, if teamed with a KDF or KDF alligned ROM toon, ROMs should have an access to all the missions from the allied faction by default), plus the ability to earn accolades and finish the mission (completion rewards)..

    it would solve all the romulan "factional" problems, plus, it would add a reason to replay the episodes, to team up, player interaction would gain a new perspective..

    plus, we would really need more bridges and interiors, we have NO opportunity to display the trophies..

    How do you enter this mission? I grouped with Feds and they replayed the mission but I can not enter the system to save the Azure.

    Each faction has their own unique content and 'replaying' the allied factions content in this manner is technically unfair to Fed/FDK players who then can't replay the Romulan content.

    A this point, since the war is over and all, everyone should be able to team up with everyone. Not necessarily able to replay the other factions missions, but teaming has to be possible now.
