    Please do something about this. I'm considering elite dual pistols as my "sidearm" but there's no way I want them in their current state. The only reason I buy elite fleet ground gear is for looks, and I don't see the appeal in the "crutches" at all, personally.

    Yeah, this needs to be fixed...by sawing the unnecessary buttstocks off those rifles. ;)

    I like them the way they are, I mean come on it's nice to have something that does rapid fire and at least looks amazing :P

    To be fair, it's almost perfect for Gorn, isn't it :)
    I didn't even know about this bug, but I have to get them as soon as the servers come back up. Thanks OP.

    As I said in the OP, put both in as the Dual Rfles seem popular, but give those of use who wanted pistols - - um, actual PISTOLS. :rolleyes:

    This really needs to be fixed. It was amusing at first, but they constantly clip each other.

    Please fix this Cryptic.

    It occurs to me that the issue would be solved by using shorter rifles (perhaps even on huge Gorn, but definitely on regular-size humanoids) and by using a rifle-like holster animation. And, of course, adding a regular pistol variant for this.

    I, for one, think dual wielding phaser auto rifles would be interesting. :)

    I know that at least I and 4 other fleetmates bought these pistols just for this awesome graphics quirk. Never fix it!
