Best Rep set for Fleet Kar'fi?

Currently, I am using The Borg set for my fleet kar'fi, but I feel that I can get something better. So far I am going to do the KHG set, but is that the best option for me?

Note that I only care about survivability. DPS is not important and not a matter for this build. Tried the free Dyson-FE set and seems to work less effective.

Not sure how well the 8472 set is, but I am thinking of getting the turn rate console.

Best survivability is probably the Borg Engine and Deflector, with an Elite Fleet Resilient Shield with [Adapt] and [ResB](for PvE anyway, Covairiant with the right Res for those you're fighting in PvP) and a Embassy Science console with shield proc to replace the Borg three-piece proc. Reinforced Overcharged [W->A] Dilithium Mine Core, and then defensive T4 Nukara Reputation Trait along with the Nanite Hull Repair from Omega Rep should put you at pretty nice tankiness, so long as you're leveraging Tac and Sci Teams on global (either two copies of each, or one of a given DOffed down) to shield tank a fair bit better than was really possible prior to the Team ability revamp.

I'm using KHG Engine and Deflector with Elite Fleet Shields along with the Elachi Lobi console (gives about one and three-quarters [+HullHP] Dilthium Mine consoles' worth of Structural Integrity), along with both Nukara T4 Rep Traits and Hull Repairing Nanites to make a fairly tanky Fleet Kar'fi on my Tac captain. A cruiser can still probably out-tank it, but it's a lot closer than what used to be possible. The only thing that kills me in the new space Battlezone is when I get too close to a large ship's warp core breach.

The 8472 Counter-Command Universal console is pretty nice, particularly since I've got the fairly large two-piece bonus to disruptor (I run Elachi/Nanite/standard Disruptor mix for hull-melting) thanks to the Tac console from the new FE being part of that set. Turnrate boost is handy to be able to slot in a Sci spot.

For the time being, I'd recommend a non-popular choice for the Kar'Fi. I'd recommend the Adapted Klingon Honor Guard Set for it, even over the Borg 2 piece + Elite Fleet Shields. For reference:
    Borg Set
    Adapted KHG

    - I'm assuming, that you'll be running Grav Well on the Kar'Fi? Or anything Gravity Well Skill related, which is usually the most popular Sci Skill used in the game outside heals. The AKHG deflector has the same Gravity Well Skill Bonus as the Borg Deflector. The only other special Deflector that has higher Gravity Well bonus skill is the Jem'Hadar Deflector, but it doesn't have the defensive, sturdy bonuses as AKHG Deflector.

    - AKHG does not have the autoheal of the Borg Set bonuses. But it still comes with very high bonuses towards a sturdier ship and shield repairs. Has the same high Structural Integrity (hullpoints) as Borg Set.

    - AKHG shields may not be as OP & FOTM as Elite Fleet Shields, but look at the stats and you'll see the shields are still rock solid. 10% flat resists towards anything out there. It doesn't build up to high levels as Elite Fleet Shields, but you don't have to wait for your resists to build up either (if that makes sense). Also, the shields give you bonus power for getting shot at... which as a properly played Kar'Fi, you will be getting shot at quite a bit. That means you don't have to sacrifice a console slot for Plasmonic Leech.

    - AKHG Set 2 bonus of ability recharge reduction of 5%.
