Without question it is the Vesta. 2nd choice is the fleet torpedo t'varo troll boat.

My favorite ship for aesthetic purpose is the Odyssey. I love it. It also happens to be pretty versatile with those Universal BoFF slots. I am thinking about saving up to get the Odyssey pack so I can get those consoles and slap them into a Tac Odyssey.
My favorite ship to fly is the Risian Cruiser. I got it Borg-a-Rom'ed out (TRIBBLE. Borg space set, Borg space weapons set, Romulan space weapons). With its five engineering slots and three tac slots, I have been able to turn that ugly little TRIBBLE into a real champ. It is like having an Escort Cruiser for my Fed tac officer.
On the Klingon side, I love the looks of Heavy Bird of Prey. Can't remember the class name at the moment. I usually end up flying my Mirror Vo'quv around though. Those little Orion Slavers are really fun and keep me stocked up on Contraband.
I haven't found a favorite with my Romulan. Right now I am flying around a Mirror Ha'Apax. It is a pretty ship but I am not inspired.
I compared it to many C-Store ships and I have a very hard time trying to justify spending 2500 Zen for another ship. Sure there are ships that have sturdier hulls, more consoles, gimmicky saucer separations... but is it worth spending 2500 Zen for? No... not at this time.
Since I have only recently finished Temporal Ambassador, I have not played around with my somewhat newly received T3 Ambassador support cruiser. Maybe I will load it up with some gear and take it for a spin in an elite STF mission.
Still flying my T5 Sovereign class heavy cruiser. I dropped the the T3 Ambassador build; using a T5 Mirror Heavy Cruiser Retrofit instead to play around with polaron weapons. Okay ship to fly around in just for fun. I picked up a couple of Mirror Assault Cruisers (Sovereigns) for future alternative builds)
My KDF toon has been flying BoPs exclusively. I suppose the ship I like the most was the T4 Ki'tang BoP. I was still flying that ship for 2 or 3 weeks after reaching max level. Afterwards, I finally decided to choose my free T5 ship, the Hegh'ta Heavy BoP. Have purchased all the Mirror starships from the Exchange except the Vo'Quv Carrier. All of the ships are sit boxed so I can put them back on the Exchange. The exception would be the Mirror Qin Heavy Raptor which I am slowly kitting out for missions where the flying the Hegh'ta Heavy BoP would not be appropriate like Storming the Spire Elite.
My Fed toon has around 167 Voth Cybernetic Implants I would say at least 140 of them was from Storming the Spire Elite. That means I have played that mission 140 times. I have only seen 1 BoP ever in that mission. After around 5 minutes that player AFK'ed because the BoP got destroyed multiple times.
I like the Odyssey. it's big and tough and flexible. my main will probably not stop flying GrowlTiger.
Man, i would love to love that ship, really.
Unlike as many of you may think i am not a die hard GCS fan. (i just hate that it was made totally wrong in STO)
I really would use the Odyssey as my Flagship, not just because its BOFF layout. Just because it is the 25th Century Main Starfleet ship.
But it just doesn't work. I just can't use that ship, everythime i look at it i get cringes.
I really wish the Devs would give her some visual options (ship parts). It doesn't need some new fancy designed saucer or Engineering hull, heck i even like the twin neck (if it makes sense or not).
But i HATE the pylon/nacelle configuration, it looks way to streched/extended, ruining it completely for me. If it only had some forward facing pylons, similar to the regent. They could just mirror the existing ones and i would buy the 5000 ZEN for the 3 pack right now!
I tried to like the Chimera. it should be able to do anything, but I cannot make her work. I have hopes for the Risian ships, I just got both to play with, the cruiser seems well suited to be an average DPSer with no fancy tricks.
my Rommie likes the D'Dex, and I'm trying to master the B'rel on my klingon
I can't say anything about the Chimera, but i guess i would had a similar problem as with the Odyssey, lol.
Despite what some ppl may say, D'D is a fine ship IMO. (although a bit too big for my taste. )
My favourite ship is the Ambassador atm.
I just wish we could get some updated ship parts for her (25th century style).

I think they need to stop adding allien ships to the game and start work on updating all the older true star trek ships. Some of those ships could really be great to fly again. Half the time when i login i don't even think i'm in a star trek game.
It's less powerful than my Tactical Escort, it's got less useful consoles and BOFF slots. It's not Canon, and I always hated the design in the TV series.... but it just feels right when it's flying around shooting stuff. It feels capable.
I'll almost certainly end up with the retrofit at some point, alongside the hero ships which are the main reason I'm here. And once you use the pylons from one of the non-Akira ones (I can't remember which) to lower the engines closer to the saucer level, she doesn't look all that bad. Long live the USS Audacious.
It....won't....die (at least for a KDF eng who has put a lot of thought into how far you can take regen.) In other words its a proper tank that sports a beam build well with a nice combination of consoles and doffs that let you play the role without sacrificing much outright power. Its special console isn't really worth using but the ship certainly is.
Bipedal mammal and senior Foundry author.
Notable missions: Apex [AEI], Gemini [SSF], Trident [AEI], Evolution's Smile [SSF], Transcendence
Looking for something new to play? I've started building Foundry missions again in visual novel form!
Still swear by my Fleet Nebula Retrofit on my Fed Sci-VA!
Poor dps, at best, the way I have it setup(around 3200 now), but it's primary role is defensive support, and tanks like a beast in PvE...; I've never been offensively oriented in MMORPGs(and I've been around the block plenty of times), always falling into support roles...and that ships fits me to a tee!
Though...I'll admit my dream ship is the Wells Temporal Sci vessel...; my friends know how good I am with the Nebula...so imagine what I could do with a Wells.... *evil chuckle*
I have a preference toward canon ships , and one cannon ship that is competitive in the current meta is the fleet saber. i love that ship in its current state
My favourite is by far the D'deridex. It's not the best ship out there but it is the most beautiful and I love flying it.
The second one is the Galor. The king of Aux2Bat.
Then in third is the Mogh.
I have to add a fourth one. I got my hands on a Dromias and I just love it. I had read some bad reviews about it but I love using it in a Borg STF. It has an odd BOFF layout but I'm really beginning to like this ship.

A close runner up would be the Mobius Temporal Destroyer.
Yes, I fly a Dreadnought cruiser. Deal with it.

Makes me happy because it's my favorite as well.
I'm tempted to send my Rommie to the destroyer but she chained herself to the command chair of her T'varo, and I can't find her when she cloaks.

Klingon: B'rel Bird of Prey, because well, Bird of Prey.
Romulan: T'Varo, because, well, upgrade of the original iconic Romulan warbird.
In fact, these ARE the ships I fly around in, eSTF in, Fleet alert in,... everything in.

"There... are... four... lights!" ~Jean Luc Picard
Fed: Fleet Defiant, that's one tough little ship and my overall favourite, it can hit hard, take a pounding and cloak.
It's small and VERY agile, I like that.
No surprise then that my favourite rom ship is my fleet T'Varo for the exact same reasons.
Although the Fleet Daeinos is a close second, it's just a pretty ship.
IF I had to pick one toon and one ship, it would be the defiant.
The second one is the Galor. The king of Aux2Bat.
