Adaptive Transphasic Torpedo recoverable?

I'm looking through the rewards for playing Assimilation a second time, and the Torpedo is not in the secondary mission rewards. Is the torpedo launcher still recoverable if I discard it?

Nope, afaik it's only available from the first play of that mission, same as the Borg gun in one of the other missions.
