So I spent money and time to advance through the reputation system, thinking that all of the traits I earned would be active all at the same time. That was the point of going through them, no? The Dyson, Romulan, Omega, Nukara rep powers were active all at the same time. But now I log in to Season 9 to discover that only 4…
