Nukara revamped 2pc set bonus - weapons stabilizer

Nukara Space Set 2pc Bonus:

Weapons Stabilizers
Added a passive +2.5% All Weapon Damage bonus.
This bonus is disabled when Weapon Stabilizers go offline
Disabled when Weapon stabilizers go offline .... offline when? Isn't it a passive bonus?

    If I remember correctly they go offline briefly after restoring disabled weapons so it cant totally negate weapon disables.

    When you use the 3 part bonus it disables the 2 part set bonus for 30 seconds i think. Check the set bonus list
