Ground Equip unequips after entering a Ground Map

So I had this Problem for a longer Time now, it first appeared when i got the [Counter-Command Bio-Molecular Phaser Rifle]. Whenever i enter a Ground Map (happens both from Space->Ground and from Ground->Ground) all my Ground-Equip unequips into my Inventory.

I tried putting all my Counter-Command Stuff in to my bank but it still keeps happening.
I even copied over another Char to see if it still happens, but it doesn't. So I assume thats has something to do with the Counter-Command Ground Stuff.
Its not that much of a problem but it annoyed me over the time.

What happens if you fill your entire inventory to try to stop it from doing that?

It still keeps unequiping, the Equipment is going into the overflow bag if my inventory is full
