I honestly saw this coming, considering that Tim Russ and Garret Wang are both doing that Star Trek Renegades project. I'm all for more voices in the game!
Harry Kim always seemed to me to be the character that the Star Trek nerd stereotype relates to. A shy, inexperienced, and insecure person sent into a hazardous position and has to eventually man up. It is the reason why a ton of main characters in anime seem to be so lame at the start instead of having an assertive personality.
Well, as POSSIBLY the fleet Rhode Island class' biggest fan, I'd like to see this too - particularly if it meant that the playable fleet Nova received some visual upgrades as a result!

I assume that he will have the Rhode Island as a Hero Ship since its already in the game.
He should need to be rescued at least once.
Possibly have only a small amount of Ground HP.
