Hoirogen Apex - A Few questions

Hi guys. Finally i gathered enough EC to grab the hirogen apex ( i always wanted tha ship, i love the design). So i did it. I like it a lot, since it fits my new engineer toon pretty well.

But i noticed that there are no mobile parts on the ship design. I remember not so far ago to see some hirogen battleships with those centered mobile parts, but in my ship i cant see anything. So im curious. Is there any requirement to see those mobile parts??? :confused:

One mor thing, now that i know how to gather EC faster, i am thinking on grab as well the hirogen escort for the console set. But i cant remember if the set gives you tetryon boost or something like that.

If thats the case, im planing to leave the tetryon weapons (i know they are bad, but i plan to use em only to get rid of my target's shields, and combined with transphasic torps , and the breen set for the transphasic boost.). If the set doesnt give tetryon damage, i probably replace the tetryon beams for something else.

    Well, nevermind, it seems that it was a graphic glitch. I re loged again and this time i was able to see those mobile parts.

    But still i dont have a clue on what the Hirogen set provides. Someone knows it?

    Can't find it right now, but otherwise just try hovering with your mouse over the console you have. The appearing tooltip should tell you.

    It doesnt. Or maybe im doing something wrong. The only thing i can see when i hover the mouse over the console is the info of the set, but not what it does.. :confused:

    When i wanted to see other sets , i always went to the wiki, never tried to see the set stats in-game.... (and the hirogen set is not exlained in the wiki).

    So i was wrong. The Console set doesnt not give you tetryon damage boost. I dunno exactly what does the bonus of the set lol. There is no info anywhere about it.

    About the tetryon sets, the only thing i could find is the nukara ser and the apex predator set, but i dont have any idea where to get predator set. Are these lobi weapons or weapons that you can find in hirogen lockboxes?

    as for the other set, thats the lobi store 3 set, mines, cannon and console.

    Yup.. but 200 lobi for each weapon.. :eek:, lol, really "cheap". I will need to think really hard if i really want a tetryon build..

    I suposse the reason the set is so expensive, its because it is a "great" set??

    The console is a nice little pvp dealie.

    The 3p set can be used in the alpha striker of doom build

    Sniper/rom experimental beam blast/ bo3/ dreadnaught like beam lance combo.

    I'd save the 600 lobi personally

    Well, i plan to adquire at least the long-range cannon and the console (to get the tetryon damage boost), im not sure about the mine launcher. But since i am not in a hurry, maybe i will. Im not going to use it on pvp (i never play pvp) but i really want a different build for my hirogen apex. I never tried tetryon, and i want to give my little hirogen ship a really good one tetyon build.

    I am thinking as well, to adquire the other hirogen console (inertial dumper) and to finish the nukara rep to see the set as well how it works. But i am far from there right now, so for the moment i am going to get the canon and the console (not enough lobi for more lol).

    My problem is, i dont want a full tetryon build. I love tetryon cannons (the sound and the aspect) so i want to leave the tetryon cannons but i want other weapon to deal direct hull damage. At this point, i dunno if i should go for cannons + beams (maybe antiproton beams) or cannons + torps (probably i will use chroniton ones, since i never tried em). Ideas?

    Or it will be too bad to keep full tetryon set, cannons and beams?

    I know that it will be better to use beams, but since i plan to use RCS consoles, im not worried about the turn rate. In fact, right now it turns faster than my science destroyer lol, so.
