Launcher not working

So i have already been logged into the game today after the maintenance was completed, i logged out and and now i cant log back in via the launcher, or arc.. i get this message:


There was an error loading the login page. Please restart the launcher and try again.

Error -2 when loading url /launcher_login


anyone else having this problem? maybe its a problem on my end idk, but i sure would like to be able to play sometime today.

    Yeah, had this issue a few times, might be unrelated to your issue.

    But check your Internet Explorer settings and see if you have set it to a proxy. If so, set it to no proxy.

    That solved it for me.
