the first guy you talk to on the station is name Tobol, and has a visor on his head, and in Star Wars:The Empire Strikes Back, when they land on Bespin Cloud City, there is a man with cybernetic implants over his ears named Lobot? They're both bald even, and the sum of the mission is that people you thought might be your friends betray you to the Tal Shiar. I expected Billy Dee Williams to pop out with a Colt 45....

No, I didn't notice, but it wouldn't surprise me at all if that was an intentional shout-out.
Yo, Cryptic? Thoughts?

Intended reference. Well, its not the first Star Wars reference in Star Trek. The Falcon popping out of a Borg cube near an Akira nacelle comes to mind.... (once seen, never unseen)
Well, hell, they named one of the accolades after Top Gun for Pete's sake. That's not even the same genre.

Yeah, I caught that. Of course, the subtle visual nod is made more apparent when you realize that Tobol is Lobot spelled backwards. Humorous little nod which I really appreciated. Thanks to the writers for that one, and keep it up!

In the first one, he floats past among the wreckage when the Enterprise warps to Vulcan.
In the second, he gets sucked out into space when Enterprise gets the hull breach when at warp. I still haven't caught this one in the film itself.
I love the easter eggs and little nods. My favourite is Stargate Command.

A Romulan Strike Team, Missing Farmers and an ancient base on a Klingon Border world. But what connects them? Find out in my First Foundary mission: 'The Jeroan Farmer Escapade'
While on the subject of references, I did have a bit of a fanboy reaction during the Romulan mission, Smash and Grab when you beam into the torpedo storage of one of the ships and one of your Bridge Officers (in my case, it's always been Satra) says: "Be careful what you shoot in here, some things don't react well to weapons fire."
A nice reference to The Hunt for Red October.

I always say that line to myself ... in Sean Connery's voice ... Lol.
