[Suggestion] Cosmetic Overhaul for Upcoming Season/Expansion

A trend I've noticed since LoR (which, in fairness, was only slightly after I joined STO) is that the game is trying to improve in aesthetics. Any new content that comes out nowadays we can expect to be a visual treat. The only problem is that there's a certain dissonance between areas of the game with shiny new polish (new ESD, Season 8.5 Fed revamp, Dyson Sphere content) and areas that haven't, and are lackluster in comparison (ship bridges, DS K-7/SB 39, and the ever-uncooperative uniform tailor). So my suggestion is that, alongside whatever new content is released in the next major update, we get a cosmetic overhaul.
Here's a non-exhaustive list of issues that could be addressed:
*Fixing that stubborn Tailor once and for all.
----*Make sure all reputation costumes unlock properly.
----*Provide more customization potential for special reward BOffs (Such as Featured Episode rewards and Diplomacy/Marauding)
----*Prevent certain colors from being "soulbound"; that is, sometime different color slots will always be the same no matter what you change them to separately.
*Expanding ship interiors:
----*Romulans are really suffering here. Give them a handful more bridges, the three different interior sizes that the other two factions have, and trophy slots.
----*For Feds, it'd be nice if interiors reflected the new "Origin" look, especially if the Origin bridge is selected on that ship.
----*This might be more of a stretch, but maybe give Klinks some Orion, Naussican, and Gorn bridges and/or interiors; either for all ships, or for ships made by that specific race. (Guramba, Corsair, etc.)
(I will be adding more later, just wanted to put some ideas down.)
I think this would go a long way for improving the gameplay experience, especially for roleplayers.

For personal reasons, I've left Star Trek Online.
