Undine Infiltration - Tunnel Access

Finally got into Undine Infiltration (normal) earlier today. Once we got to the section where we were supposed to follow the infiltrator into the underground tunnels only one of my squadmates was able to take the door to the new map; the rest of us were stuck on the surface of Bajor. From what I can tell the interact option on the door disappeared entirely after he went through, leaving the rest of us unable to do much aside from offer a few squad buffs and some encouragement. I wasn't able to stay on long enough to tell whether he completed it on his own but he did make it to the final boss at least.
