alien race bug - trait

This race is missing its 10th trait bug as it gets only 9 traits it can slot

The other races have 9 customozable traits and 1 non customizeable trait

alliens need to be able to set thier 10th trait.

    can confirm last week this bug existed but now it does not anymore which is good news.

    But if you have old chars with their traits set before the bug fix u stuck with another trait you could not change.
