Tier 3 Fleet personnel officer upgrade

This is the tier 3 personnel officer which has the 160K dilithium 2568 F marks and thre slots for common Bridge officers 15 each of Tac, Sci and engineering. how the heck do I transfer the common bridge officers into the proper slots? I tried buying them through the exchange and all it does is transfer them to my stations section and I cannot move them into my regular inventory so I cannot load them into the slots help!!! any one! I already have over 700 f marks loaded in and the exp fillled. We cannot afford to loose this, we are a small Klingon fleet.

    I had to buy my Fed boffs for dilithium at ESD. That was the only way I figured out how to do it. Try buying one from the personnel guy at Q'Nos and see if that works for you too. They must be common (white) boffs.

    Nope did not work for me. probably a bug. I also tried Romulin side and it did not work. Nuts!

    Boffs do go to the Stations tab. You should be able to slot them either by opening the donate tab on your fleet menu, or if it needs you to manually drag them. Open the fleet menu on the left of your screen and the player menu with stations tab on the right and you can drag them to slots. You can mail unclaimed boffs this way too.

    I had tried that earlier on a hunch but it does not work it has to be a klingon fleet bug. My donate Boff button does not light even when the Boff is dragged. The officer is (White) Boff canidate and apparently when I pick them up on Qonos the are permently attached to my Toon same problem with Romulin side. I am familiar with dragging to sell in Exchange so I tried it and fail. I even tried the mail and that worked just not putting into station slots.

    Ok, I have figured it out. If you try to load on the Klingon side any of the allied species or races it will not light or work. Put in Klingon Boffs only, keys light and you do not have to drag just put them in the same as the doffs in normal starbase assignments. This should help anyone else that is doing that upgrade in Tier 3
