For the last two days I havent been able to get into anything without being punted for no reason and when I do get on I've been having really bad lag spikes just like the ones I was having before the network failures during the Mirror event

Make sure your ISP (Internet Service Provider) isn't having problems.

Mine was yesterday as it booted me 4 times.

If you have Charter that's the problem. I have been getting bad laggy and disconnect moments too.

Did you run a TraceRT? I was in for 3 hours without any problems.
STO is about my Liberated Borg Federation Captain with his Breen 1st Officer, Jem'Hadar Tactical Officer, Liberated Borg Engineering Officer, Android Ops Officer, Photonic Science Officer, Gorn Science Officer, and Reman Medical Officer jumping into their Jem'Hadar Carrier and flying off to do missions for the new Romulan Empire. But for some players allowing a T5 Connie to be used breaks the canon in the game.

Calling an ISP about services resolves nothing, even if you personally have speedtest results proving their problem. They will say that everything they can see up to your modem looks like it's running 100%. If your router and computer are functioning properly, and your modem is reset, and the whole STO community isn't complaining of the problem, then it is your ISP. and like I said, Charter has been garbage last couple days in Michigan, not sure bout the rest of this region.

I randomly disconnect time to time It's a problem I've always had, I've switched internet provider three times and I still have the problem but I haven't experienced any lag not from the servers at least.
