The Tribble client was stuck, similar to how it was a couple weeks ago, on the startup screen (e.g. gets to the Legacy of Romulus logo, screen repeatedly blinks but never gets past the loading screen). I got around this by restarting the client in safe mode. This reverted graphics to the lowest settings (unsurprisingly), but with the listing provided once I was in-game, only the fallback Intel graphics chip was available - my nVidia GPU wasn't even listed at all. It had defaulted to "auto" on the selection, but as there are three non-auto options and the Intel was marked as all of them, I don't think it was using the nVidia GPU at all.

Do you have the option under Nvidia Control Panel > Manage 3D Settings > Program Settings ?
Tribble was only showing Intel for me as well until I noticed in that setting Nvidia Control Panel "Auto Selected" Integrated Intel instead of Nvidia GPU for the "gameclient.exe" program which isn't the same as what Holodeck uses... Why the Tribble .exe Defaults to Intel instead of Nvidia like Holodeck I have no clue. Once I changed the Default for it, Tribble started showing my Nvidia GPU.
Hope this helps with your issue.
