I seem to have stumbles on a serious problem with the Ships Loadout Manager. This problem is coming from it saving the Duty Officers. At first I could not figure out what was going on, one day it worked fine with no problems then some days major problems. To where I would do the subspace ship selector then all the sudden I'm dead in the water with a ship with no engines, weapons or anything. This was getting very frustrating, until I found out why it was doing this. When I noticed one of my Duty Officers was out on assignment. So if you have any assigned duty officer that is assigned to ground or space and you send them out on assignment it will cause the Loadout Manager to malfunction and stop working.
I can think of 2 solutions for this for the DEV's
1. If any of the duty officers assigned to space or ground are out on assignments then it should keep it blanks instead of trying to load that Duty Officer. I think this is the more difficult to fix.
2. In the selection of duty officers proccess by the First Officer then this proccess should exclude any and all duty officers that are saved to any of your ships load out manager profiles. In a sense if they are used in the manager profiles then they should be excludded from assignment slelections.
Because if any of these Duty officers are away on assignment the ship Loadout Manager will then have a malfunction and because it does not know what to do in this even it opts to do nothing and give you a bare ship with nothing.
Resistance is NOT Futile
