I can't seem to get an accurate answer. I know it was changed/nerfed. My own character is human and has it and I wanted to add a Human BOFF for their Leadership trait also. Will only one BOFF's Leadership now register on my ship?

The "nerf" was a tweak to the mechanic which was working wrong and was way more powerful than they had wanted it to be. They all still stack, IIRC. Just the effect is now much lower.

^^ Hmm, all of this has the scary ring of familiarity to it. :P

you are correct sir
yeah they still stack and since there's not much choice on space traits, stacking human boffs is still a good thing.
On a side note, with a human captain and all human boffs, my fleet Olympic has about 90% hull regen during combat.

Yeah, sounds like the same type of deal happened with the 2 pc borg set. So they're "nerfing" it too on high hull ships by fixing whatever was buggy in their code to work with the scaling they intended?
Cryptic math has always been slippery. From how they first changed crit rates in Champions alllllllll the way up to today where stats don't boost the way their tooltips say they boost and some things are additive and others are diminished returns and ... it gets a little tiresome to follow all of their wonky math.
I tend to approach things a bit simplistically at times and figure adding a stat is still adding a stat, even if it's a tiny percentage point. I hate stressing about it.
