Can't skip missions to get to Dyson Sphere

I skipped all of the klingon missions and when I get to Secrets of Nimbus I can't skip it. I need to skip that to continue skipping missions so I can play Sphere of Influence and get to the Dyson Sphere.
I also can't skip Report To Gamma Orionis in case that's the first mission in a long line that eventually get to the sphere.
How do I skip missions to get to Sphere Of Influence? I do not want to play any, too time consuming. I just want to skip.

How the hell am I supposed to get these guys to the sphere?
Ok I went to nimbus with one of my characters and was able to skip the rest of them, but now I'm Voice of the Voiceless and can't skip it. Am I gonna have to do the first mission every time before I can skip the rest?
Transwarp to your fleet spire, then talk to traffic control and go to the allied zone space.
Once you reach Tier 2 Dyson rep, you will get a Transwarp destination to Dyson allied space!
Done!
You must do every introduction mission to skip the rest of the storyline.
Those introduction missions are very short, couple of minutes and reward very little xp

No way am I playing all those missions on all my characters. I think I only played about half of them even on my main.
My Romulan had a few missions to do to get to the sphere but my other characters luckily had Report to Gamma Orionis available (they did the Dominion missions were they new and featured) and it was easy to skip straight through to the sphere from there. But again I'm not doing all the missions on all my characters. I'll eventually do the ones that reward interesting items but not now.
They need to give us a way to skip all missions we want without having to do the first ones. What's the point in having to do the first ones anyway?
There's a skip button in the mission journal for a reason, don't be a jerk.
Only the Breen and Undine missions allow you to skip them entirely, the others before those require you to play the first "mission" as others have said. Dyson allows you to skip Sphere of Influence, but you can't skip Circles Within Circles and must play it if you want to use the Tau Dewa gateway. You have to complete Supply Woes to be able to do the daily for the commendation, too.
just to be clear.. you are high enough in rank to skip the mission? each mission has a rank on it you cannot skip if you are not that rank
There is one regular mission appearing as introduction mission "Price of Neutrality" on the Rom side you must do to progress further in the game (Sector access) and to skip the others.
