I've seen the lance completely kill the front shield on the front dread before. I've also seen it take at least 33% of the hull before on an unshielded front as well.
yup, i mean the dread isn't particularly impressive, but focusing fire on its forward shield, allows the lance to do godly amounts of damage to the dread, i've once saw the lance take the dread from 76% to 28%.
All valid points, but I'm baffled no one mentioned my original point: Why does he need to announce EVERY SINGLE SHOT, especially since the "lance" of his isn't all that impressive to begin with
Because for some reason Cryptic's gone crazy with voice prompts of late. I first noticed it Neverwinter. The merchants constantly call out what they're selling.
I didn't really notice it in STO until the Winter event. "Don't you want an epohh friend?" "Q is the most wonderful being I've ever known." "Do YOU have any recipes?" "I RULE ALL THE LANDS OF ICE AND SNOW"
It's cool once or twice, but on repeat? Jesus H Christ that's annoying. Whoever's adding this to the game needs to stop.

It can magically transform from an Oddy to an Gal X in the second stage cutscene and in game. That is pretty impressive...
I have seen the fighters. On one pug I was in no player ship present had hangars and there were Scorpions flying around the station. Never saw a torp spread, but with the way the Mirror ships spew torps like missiles in Macross, could easily have missed them.
If you see any non-quantum torp spreads it's probably the station(or a player).
Speaking of which, it would seem the only defenses that function are the turrets, the B:FaW (occasionally) the lance and the sphere/pushback thingy. I never see torp barrages or these "fighter squadrons" being spoke about. Am I alone in this?
I saw some Kestrel Runabouts.... briefly. They just die pretty quick, the same with the mines and turrets. Once one of those Typhoons fires a torpedo spread near the station it's over for the green shirts.

Worf: Die.
Q: Oh, very good Worf. Eat any good books lately?

My character Tsin'xing
But this time, it is quite sloppy ... It is a plasma lance, not a Phaser lance.
I hope STO get's better ...
