Fleet Base Exchange Console

Dear STO and Devs...
First let me say how very thankful, still to this day, since launch four years ago, that I am to see the game prospering and growing the way that it has. I was finally able to get the money together to build a fleet on the Federation and Klingon Side after being a part of a very successful parent fleet, learning all the ropes, for around two years...
Then, as well as now, with the current fleet, I have noticed that there is not a console whereby our fleet members can access the exchange. With ample consoles, which do nothing, already in place in the operations area of the base, where we have access to both mail as well as the bank, it would be so nice if our members could also access the exchange while docked...
One other suggestion, please make it so that you can beam out to your ship from the beam out button on the mini-map instead of having to return to the transporter room. We can beam out from any other major starbase in the galaxy. Why then would our fleet base be any different???
Other than this, I love it and having Star Trek Online has really helped to brighten our lives time after time and day after day. We hope that it continues for many more years to come... Live long STO and prosper!

And I think now, somewhat 20 months later, the reason would be "nobody really wanna bother hooking up exchange console to sb map".
