Mirror Event takes too long

so ive been doing the math and got to the point that mirror just takes to long...
take my example, i have 9 characters and i want the doff and the dill on them all...
Mirror event with random pugs takes an average of 20 mins to complete...
20x9= 180mins = 3hours....
3*14 = 42 hous...
its too long... either the dill reward is better or its just not worthy to spend that much time in this game...
i prefered the older mirror event even alone you could do it faster... now you just have to relly on pugs if you are in a different time zone than most of you STO friends...
but even with friends youre stuck to the game timer... 15 mins?+1 or 2 for the Stadi... still too much time
Reduce the time or increase the rewards...
