Romulans need a plasma point defense

Title. Just sayin. Support/Naysay?


Oooh, maybe it should even be Romulan plasma.
Then again, why weren't the plasma quads?

    plsma quads came out with the arkif/arkala, dont see any reason why plasma PDF couldnt be on a ship, but would no doubt require another ship or it to be included in a riddiculously overpriced and random drop lock box reward.

    Plasma point defense should be available on a Rommie ship, as the Phaser is available for Feds and Disruptor for Klingons. If they want to make a ridiculously overpriced lock box drop reward, that should be an Antiproton one to go with the Omni-antiproton beam/Obelisk Warp Core set.

    the KDF one is an expensive lock box one, its over 4m just for that 1 console, probably more by now.

    Yep, the disruptor one is only available through the lockbox packs; whereas the disruptor quad cannons are actually a C-store thing. The Federation also have their torpedo defense system on the Armitage as well.

    Not even the kdf have that one yet.

    I think it should definitely come on the next ship, not in a box. But who knows, maybe they've set a precedent with sticking a fed console in a box.

    Come to think of it, I can't even follow your post. What are you even talking about? Were you twitching and foaming at the mouth as you frantically paddled at your keyboard with stiff, numb arms to type this, all the while gasping for breath and fighting to stay conscious?

    Battle cloak isn't a console. Feds don't have it. If anyone "stole" it (in a gameplay perspective, not lore-wise) it was them durn romulans.

    The plasmonic leech, the point defense system, and a half dozen other ship unique consoles have all already been put in lock boxes. So even if your random manic episode were somehow warranted, you'd still be wrong.

    Like always.

    Also, why start a post with ONE if there's not going to be a TWO?
