Systems missing from transwarp menu

BUG:
The transwarp menu on my level 50 character only lists space station k-7 as a destination.

I'm afraid I don't know exactly when or where it began, but it's been a long while (months at least, if not well over a year). I didn't check all my ships, but it applies to at least two of them.

I know I'm not the first to start a thread about this problem, but I understand bumping old threads is frowned upon, and there didn't appear to be a resolution to the problem in it. I apologize if this thread is redundant.
