A Little Tip for the Character Transfer Page

No, this has nothing to do with the new layout. I've always wanted to post this idea, I just never got around to it.

When you're saying "You can create new characters on a Public Test Shard if you would like to start fresh," perhaps a friendly notice pointing out "but any new characters created on a Public Test Shard will be lost forever if the shard is wiped." would be helpful.
For personal reasons, I've left Star Trek Online.

    This is mentioned in the Tribble Guide I have stickied in this forum, but I agree that it would be nice to have a disclaimer somewhere.
