I'm surprised no one has taken the time to analyze the new Hirogen ships. It seems to be a relatively unpopular lockbox compared to previous ones which is surprising as it has turned out one of the most impressive escorts.
So lets get to it shall we!
Hirogen Heavy Escort VS. The Jem'Hadar Heavy Escort Carrier
I picked these two ships because they have similar setups and purposes.
I shall now highlight the differences:
Hirogen Escort:
17 turn rate
36K hull
Universal LT. and ENS.
Jem'hadar Ship:
13 turn rate
37.5K hull
Universal LT.
Hangar bay
So it would seem that the Jem'Hadar ship has a more flexible BOFF setup as well as a hangar. MY question is this, Does the hangar and BOFF setup make up for the lacking turn rate and inertia which hurt its ability to use cannons? Keep in mind that base turn rate is a bigger deal than you may think when factoring RCS which I use on all of my ships.
I currently own the Hirogen ship and I would like to acquire the Jem'Hadar one for its gorgeous looks. Is it worth some 100 million EC?

You are wrong, the JHEC have a Cmdr Tactical, Lt Cmdr and Lt Engineering, ensign Science and Lt Universal.
Also you are wrong on the Hunter as well, it have a Cmdr tactical, lt. Cmdr Engineering, Lt. Science and Lt. and ensign Universal.
As layouts go the Hunter is better, they are about par except the JHEC have a very slightly better impulse modifier (0.01 diference) but the Hunter have far superior turn for a 1.5k hull difference, inertia is exactly the same (60).
Thanks man! I fixed the mistakes...
