STO website

Ok so I tried to log into the STO website when I saw that promo for a free torpedo launcher, not the ARC game portal, or perfectworld.com and I keep getting redirected to the ARC games portal. What's the deal? I want my free torpedo launcher. I don't mind the Arc Games portal its just that the news blogs are not posted by date or in order but rather they are posted by what the devs deem more popular. I am a bit annoyed.

    iirc its only a lil tier 1 or 2 torp, nothing to be concerned about

    Arc is now the website. The old sto forums are gone.

    They are posted in order in the news section from left to right, top to bottom. Just like a page of paper.

    This has been the subject of a lot of confusion for a long time.

    #1 It's only a rare Mk II quantum torpedo launcher, so it doesn't scale with your character level.

    #2 The free torpedo launcher is only given to newly registered accounts.

    #3 Arc is the new thing all PWE games, including STO, are being migrated to.
