The answer you will never get is no because anything that allows for "fun" in pvp is like holy water on a demon dev. While the sun map would be nice I can see tbr push builds coming to life here the ground map is a bit too long and would need some tweaks to use. In reality all these mission maps facility prison etc... would need minor tweaks.
I will say this again all shanty needs is the following.
1. That ship and all that junk on that side removed and replaced by builidngs similar to the other side.
2. The total size of the map doubled.
3. All the light turrets replaced by heavies.
4. A 5 point virus console added in between the 5 and 7 due to the new larger size of the map and to make the map more interesting overall.
5. The roofs of all buildings randomly lined with dominion subspace mines to make playing on roof more hazardous to offset the advantage gained a little bit. It would not be constantly popping mines or anything just a balanced random mine every 15 seconds or so.
I would take the space map. It could even be the higher orbit map so there's no solar flares. I made a post about this when 8.5 came out.
What's really funny though in this pvp community is people want to change or add things to pvp, but when someone comes up with a doable idea the same people come out and say no lol. I guess we all want change, but we don't agree with what needs to change.
Anyway, I don't lag on the space map, even on my wife's gateway laptop with vista, an integrated intel graphics card, and a single core celeron processor. This map is nothing like solar wind at all. It's just open space with a big sun on the bottom. Solar wind has all the "wind" and all the comet trails. Those are what cause the lag.
7. Add in a sand storm that reduces everyone's visibility.
Not enough vision blockers for you already? :O. Sustained orbital strike, black fields, "molten projectiles" that ignore walls and obscure half the screen in the fire burst. Dunno who comes up with this stuffs but if you can't see what is going on it's not very enjoyable.
That interior map would be nice tho as well as facility 4028.
Can I have a proper game engine where I dont lag when 2 people use their powers on maps that are more complex than a black backround.Also can I have a option to disable my team spammy effects like all mmos. :rolleyes:

6. Get rid of all of those annoying invisible walls and make it easier for everyone to get on the roof by adding ramps.
