..even if I tried to get smart with the name.

Ship build clicky thingy

This is the alpha build, with some off the shelf components I had lying about.

I am wondering if I should switch out the Quantum's for Transphasics. That's the big question. Of course any other Torp fits could be easily suggested
In the rear I could stick a turret or maybe even mines (Tractors would give much needed crowd control) in place of the Breen Cluster.

She's got a Dyson 3 piece set at the moment, just because its such a good set, which I had lying about. But the obvious contender is to put the Adapted Honour Guard set in for the Projectile weapons boost (if you can get that Stripper fleet side?)

Any other suggestions?

The torpedo firing cycles actually worked first time round. In the gap between the two quantum the Tricolbolt fires, or if that's on cool down the Borg one picks up the slack.

    I run this but as a torp boat... pretty fun.

    What is your career along with the BOFF types and DOFFs slotted?

    Tactical, and BOFFs are in the picture.

    For DOFF's I was thinking 5x Projectile officers (Well if you're going with a theme..), meaning I should technically increase my ROF by about 50%. Of course that could stutter if one of the 20% rolls doesn't trip.

    you can only slot 3 projectile officers if I remember it right. Also remember its not simple math for the % stacking, because its 3 rolls to succeed each with a % chance. I think you accounted for that with 5 but anyway, its a good enough chance if you are using at least one fast shooting projectile weapon.

    Yup, there is a limit on how many projectile doffs you can use. As i remember, i have 3 purple projectile doffs, but i cant add more. Anyways, with 3 of em you have more than enough. I can tell you that i can keep launching transhphasic torps one after another because the proc seem to activate almost every time ^^

    Without giving it the full treatment, real quick like, I right away see this:

    Boffs should be:

    torp spread 1, attack beta 1, torp spread 3, dispersal pattern beta 3
    tac team1, attack beta 1,
    tac team1

    Elsewise, you are wasting too many cooldowns on abilities that are sharing them.

    I would lose the second RSP for EP2E3 and I'd switch the HE2 for TSS2, but those changes are not nearly as important, just how I fly.

    Sorry I meant species wise. I use 2 Efficient BOFFs, 2 Rom tac BOFFs for Critical Chance, 1 human BOFF for Leadership.

    Its target dependent. Lots of small craft you start rotating the Torp spreads, one point target start working the High Yields.
    I'd also query what good is the Dispersal patten?

    The second RSP was just sort of what he came with. As this build really doesn't care about power levels and has enough in engines to get 77% Bonus defence EP2E seems a bit of waste.
    The TSS2 was on there but I noticed I only had one hull heal, and I generally like to have a minimum two.

    Bog standard ones that have been with me since day one, or I have picked up as I went, such as the Android, the Featured episodes BOFF's (Breen and Reman)
