Can't find my TOS bundle shuttlecraft...

I already have a Federation Runabout as a shuttle, can you only have one shuttle at a time? I recently purchased TOS bundle that comes with a Type F Shuttle but can't find it or retrieve it.

If I'm only allowed 1 shuttle at a time which is what I'd guess is happening, can someone walk me throught the delete add process of acquiring a different shuttle?

If you can have more than one shuttle at a time what am I doing wrong?

    You can have more than 1 shuttle. But did you have an empty shipyard slot for it to go into?

    I think all ship slots are full, so that's the problem I'm sure. Thanks for your help.
