Costume Unlock: Heavy Combat Armor (Tier 5, Dyson Reputation)

Question about this: I completed this project, but I do not know how to claim it. I tried going to the "change uniform" person, but I don't think I go there.

Could someone please explain.

First, you "claim" it the same way as any other reward, in the reputation menu with the "Collect Reward" button.

Once that's done, go to a tailor and "Voth Armor" will be an option on the same pulldown as "Uniform"/"Off-Duty."

Once you collect the reward from the rep system, aren't you given a box in your inventory, which you have to "use" before going to the tailor?

Once you have collected all 3 pieces of the ground set, there's a project that's first on the list as soon as you open the selection. Should be the Dyson Costume project or something. Finish it, collect reward, then it unlocks it as a Captain Tailor option.

Once all that is done, go to the "Head" options of the Tailor. At the top right of the Head tab, you'll see a pulldown. The Dyson costume should be there, as all other Rep Costumes that you have completed projects for.
