This should be a simple few minutes to correct this oversight and add [crtd] and [crth] options on these weapons.
You would think it should be simple. But this game for some reason makes that much harder to do. There was once a vendor on Drozana station that sold Mk II and Mk II and Mk VI disruptors. No Mk IV.
I bug reported it multiple times.
I got it fixed by sending Stormshade a screenshot of the vendor's wares a year after my first bug report.
When the game launched there was a vendor on ESD that sold Disruptors (when he should have sold phasers) and one on Qonos that sold Phasers when he should have sold Disruptors. That took forever to get fixed.
The Andorian Phasers themselves are a fix to a bug/glitch/oversight. And are really an olive branch to players that sank Dilithium into those weapons when they debuted at Mk XII in the Zen store (they were then all bumped down to Mk XI and these fleet variants were created as an olive branch).
So I don't know. The track record, the history ... I agree it should be a simple fix. But I don't think it will be.

If i remember correctly at the launch of the ship there were the mk xii in the dil store and the advanced fleet, and then it was shortly after that they were nerfed down causing the whole mess. I remember going straight to the advanced fleet ones.
I already have a set of them as is but with recent changes to my build now it's either go to normal phasers or get the devs to add the other versions.
Even those things you pointed out are a very simple fix. Now i'll admit i don't know much about developing with this engine, but in other game engines i have experience with things like that are insanely simple fixes where you just have to add or fix the missing item.
But for some reason Cryptic likes to just ignore all small fixes. Maybe i should send a message to this stormshade person if they are still in charge of things like this.

I guess it could be, honestly either place would probably be fine. They are fleet weapons but it would be nice for the modifiers to be added to the standard dil store ones.
