Sto Away Fleet : Rules and Guidelines

1. When doing a mission, event, or a fleet pve the member who is the highest rank will take point
2. Every member must wear the fleet uniform according to their rank at fleet events or fleet meets.
3. Members can wear their regular uniforms all the time but the uniform must all be the same color according to their rank.
4. Every member must follow the orders of the person who is in charge at the present location (most of the time the highest rank or told to take charge by rovar)
5. every order must be followed down to the exact detail no matter what is is ranging from Being ordered to that location to following a certain emote ( like give me 20 pushups you actually have to use the emote pushups and count them and stop the emote when you finish 20 pushups)
6. The only way to get promoted is to get on the leaders good side. If he likes you enough and trust you will get promoted. each promotion you will have to try harder to get to the next rank if you reach the rank right under the leader you will be one of rovars most reliable and most trusted members who he can rely on you for anything.
7. Every member must try to be active within the fleet.
8. Any suggestions to or about the fleet must be relayed to rover. If rovar likes it enough he will put it up for vote within the fleet and whichever suggestion has the highest vote will be or try to be put in action.
9. You only need to wear the fleet uniform according to your rank when meeting up to fleet events or meets. You can wear your regular uniform clothes when not meeting up for an official event but they must be colored fully your ranks color and must of the fleet emblem.
10. Every member shall be treated fairly no matter how new or experienced or they might be kicked from the fleet
11. as a member it is your duty to report any crude or mean or bad language to rover and that person will get a warning the first will report will be a warning the second: will be demoted and/or wear the uniform colors of shame for about 2 weeks: Third report that person will get kicked and that report that person will be watched closely and if he can get reported for not wearing the colors of shame for 2 weeks.
12. Every member must respect the rank above them. I will have a message in mail of the things the higher ranks can do to the lower rank(s) below them.
13. Every member can ask anyone to help them on a mission
14.every member must rely and trust each other
15. Every member must try hard to stay active if they have not logged back on within 28 days they will be kicked. Approximately every 28-31 days rovar will do a roll call if you don’t reply to that message within 3 days you will be kicked.
16. Report titles should say at the top report (then that person name and handle)
17. Every member must try and donate.
18. Rovar will try his best to follow these rules and make sure members follow them as well.
19. If you follow these rules we will get along just fine and you will have a good and fun time within this fleet
20. If you can I would recommend you print these out by copy and pasting them to a word document and either print that document or keep the document saved so you can reference it
