Fleet gear and stuff, how much it costs?

Hello, I returned to play STO after like 2 years... lot of new content and finally some end-game... I started to look around where and how to get gear for my starships and admirals...
I found interesting the new fleet gear, but after hours of reading on forums and guides I still cannot have an idea on how much each piece of gear costs... I mean... with the old borg-related gear you had a store always open (inside DS9) that let you look each piece, read the infos, compare with your equipped gear and most important you was able to see how much marks and/or dilithium was needed... so you was able to decide if it was something worth for you...
Now you have to build your fleet starbase, dilithium mine and all... walk inside to see the store (if it is built already)... browse the gear, but the prices listed are not the real ones... you need provisions in order to get anything... surprise... the devs really dislike easy going... how much costs each provision?... surprise again... they are provided doing big projects for 10 provision each... so if I just need 1 thing I have to hope the rest of my fleet mates to contribute...
Oh, well... maybe I'm just noob, but this system doesn't look like something good for any new player...for now I decided to ignore all the fleet stuff... for the casual player is something unreachable... Read like... all this new fleet system is useless if you don't have a real big and coordinate group of players... I'm a software developer myself and I wonder how anyone can even imagine a mess like this system...

Also, each item only requires a single provision from the Fleet. Batches of 5 or 10 make it easier for larger purchases or multiple people buying stuff.
