KDF Patriot Looking for a Fleet

Hello fellow warriors.
I currently have 3 active KDF characters, inactive Feds (if I can get the lock box ships off them they're goners) and 2 KDF aligned Romulan characters. I currently only work on 2 due to the excessive grind.
I co-run a almost T3 fleet (very small but growing). However I am looking at putting one of my worked on active characters into another fleet. A little lonely in my fleet when I am the only one on.
After a medium/large fleet (not huge, 200-300 members would be idea), I am looking to expand my group of STO friends and be able to have the opportunity to run missions with like Nukara Prime or STF's for example. I am also hoping to eventually get access to buy gear to advance my builds (and have no issues with helping to contribute to the fleet [nothing is free and I want to get involved with any fleet I am in]. I am after all leading my fleets leader-board with 3 of my characters by a huge margin.
I'll be honest I want a fleet with little to no drama, where members respect each other no petty name calling or discrimination, don't force me to use voice chat (bandwidth issues as I share the next with a wife and two kids) and don't have those silly meetings were you stand around and waste time, I'd rather be playing with my fleet mates. I am in for the long haul not wanting to jump fleets every few weeks. I do at times not long on for a while but I always come back and when I do I am very active (too much times on my hands lol), so a fleet that doesn't kick someone for having a life and being away for a few of months would be good.
I live in Australia but often overlap with Americans, Germans and other timezones frequently. Most of my Defera runs are with people on the other side of the world during their evenings.
Also if a larger fleet is looking for a smaller fleet to ally with to help with fleet credits for their members, mail me in game (@majesticmsfc) and we can discuss this. Got plenty of opportunities in that regard always have lots of projects going and open.
